Thanks for your response. I sincerely appreciate your time. How I read this is that you assert that the Bible makes no distinction between the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ. I agree with you on that level. But is there a difference in the saying "God dwell in believers" or "the Spirit of God dwell in believers." If the terms or synonymous then I should be able to interchange them in all circumstances such as "I worship God." and I worship the Holy Spirit." If they are identical statements, fine. But if so, why all the trouble in distinguishing the members of the triune God? | ||||||

Is there a difference in saying "The Holy Spirit dwells in believers." and "God dwells in believers."? Is the second statement an accurate assessment of the condition of believers? If the second is incorrect, what is the consequense of such a position? | ||||||
