Why did Jesus call his disciples stupid? In two of the gospels in the section about clean and unclean, Jesus asked his disciples when they were confused by his teaching, 'Are you so dull?' First of all, why would he be surprised? He made them that way! Second, why would a man who so many believe is perfect have such little patience for his own disciples or anyone else for that matter? Could you imagine your son or daughter asking their teacher to explain something to them again that they did not understand the first time and their teacher asking them... 'Are you that stupid?' Hmm... what would Jesus do?

Why destroy Sodom when he knew about San Francisco? Why create Adam and Eve in the first place if he knew what would happen? Why create Adam to Noah if he was going to kill them all anyway? Why kill everyone but Noah if he knew what the world would end up like? Why does god seem surprised by the actions/reactions of men? Why does god get upset when men turn away from him, he should expect it? Why does god even have human emotions like hatred, anger and jealousy? Aren't those 'bad' traits? If he were the vast intelligence being that created all things why does he have this primitive, negative human qualities?

Why do Christians worship Jesus/God but do not practice the religion of his Bible? (Christians worship Jesus/God and believe he created the universe, and yet, many of them have not bothered to read the book he wrote, the Bible. Many Christians are only familiar with the verses of the Bible that are spoken of in church and those never include the ones on the 40 youths being killed because of teasing someone(OT) or the couple being killed by god because of lying about how much money they gave to the church (NT). Practicing the EXACT religion of the Bible, as it is written and as it was practiced back then by Jesus and his followers would mean the death penaty for every person who works on Sunday, etc. Those laws and punishement were NEVER rescined anywhere in the Bible nor by Jesus, in fact, he confirmed them.) So, why, if Christians worship Jesus/God do they live by their own laws and punishments, which are different and far more moral than the ones the Bible/Jesus/God dictates? Isn't that creating your own religion? Isn't it apparent that the Bible laws and punishments are morally outdated and so how could an omnipotent being write such a book? If the creator of the universe, a being of such vast intelligence wrote a book it would be timeless and it would not speak of beating slaves as okay and it would not say that crippled people could descrate anything. People want to be Christian for a multitude of reasons and maybe they are better people for it, but why tie their belief in creating a better world to such a brutal and primitive god/book?

Why do Christians worship a god whose morals are lower than their own? (Example - In two gospels, Jesus chastised the Jews for not following the OT law that if you break a commandment, like not honoring your father or mother, you should be put death. I would say that most Christians today don't practice or believe in that punishment. Iraqis kill woman for adultery, as should Christians because this is the punishment that Jesus and God prescribed.)
