Thank you for the timely response. Without prejudice and in all due respect, is that response an assumption on your part or can you provide scriptural verses that identify the same? Thank you for your patience and understanding |

9 | is the word elephant in the bible/apocra | 1 Kin 10:22 | curious_chris | 165411 | ||
I have read the Bible four and a half times including the Apocryphia. I distinctly remember a story about a conquest a particular king was on. One of the things he was up against in this particular battle was various herds that the aposing king had in possession. One of this kings hers included an elephane or various elephants. I remember because as the story went the challenging king was under one of the elephants and stood his sword up with the handle on the ground whereas as the elephant tryed to lie on him to destroy him the elephant ended up stabbing himself. My question is this...does anybody else remember the same or am I totally losing it??? I have searched various concordances and almost every Bible type written in english on the internet but to no avail. If anybody could help I would greatly appreciate. Thank you for your patience and understanding, Curious_chris |
