I think that the bible is a book that reveals the disgusting heart of Satan himself. Judge and be judged? If you say that someone is a liar, according to God you are a liar yourself. Humiliate yourself and you shall be exalted. What else is God doing? Hes showing you the filthy desire of Satan himself. He only wants to dominion over you. BOW YOUR KNEES BEFORE ME YOU FILTHY HUMANS!!!!!! Is this exalting yourself? |

5 | ... | OT general | KumKum | 181215
If i only could write in my own language. If the world is so terrible, why do you multiply? If you have a child you know that, that child will face death and judgement. SATAN is the ruler of this world and you make children to be his slaves. YET you preach that you can have a happy life? HOW? LIARS! Lucifer couldn't stand that human beings worshiped JHWH so he LIED to eve so that all men would be SLAVES. Yet we multiply and every human being is doomed to be satans slave. Why ? Even now im being accused by him that im a liar but i know that he's unable to rule. He doesnt have the love or the power. Hes a filthy liar and a judge. Imagine that? |

6 | Desire for GOOD? | Hebrews | KumKum | 180377
I just want to pose questions. Im afraid to put forward my own opinion, but i'm interested in how Jesus became a sin or how he carried the sin of the world. Why he sweat blood etc. ? Could it be becouse i COULD have prevented the death of Judas Iskariot? But if he would'nt he would be the ultimate human ruler of the world and therefor a failure ? Could it be that Judas and Jesus killed eachother with desire for good ? If i was God on earth and all knowing and i KNEW that the betrayer would suffer hell on earth becouse of me, i might sweat blood. I sometimes think about Judas and want to hug him and say that "Its ok, you wanted freedome like the rest of us". Thoughts ? |

7 | Did the Apostles have a choice? | Luke 5:8 | KumKum | 179215
It seems like Jesus's apostles didnt have a choice when he called them. I dont see it as bad. I was thinking maybe he can call anyone like that when the time is right? Becouse it says that we are bought with a price? And isnt Jesus tying down the strong one so he can rob him? It just takes 1000's of years ? :P I just find it so hard to belive that people are going to be destroyed. And who can say no to God when he knows how amazing he is? Even the wisdome of men is foolishness to God. How is it just then to destroy people who simply didnt know better? |

8 | Faith of Abraham. Rom 4-1-12. | Rom 4:1 | KumKum | 179003
Rom 4:9-12 i have never actually understood. Or even verses 1-12. I've read it like 30 times or something since i started reading the bible but i never get his point. It never has any meaning. Maybe i need to study the OT some more. Is there anyone who knows exactly what he is trying to say? And why, of all places, did the mark have to be on this particular place? |

10 | 2nd last book of the NT Contrary? | 2 Tim 3:16 | KumKum | 178794
The writher of the 2nd last book of the bible is in my opinion contrary to the teachings of Paul. He is taking the place of a Judge isnt he? In 1Kor 4:5 I feel that Paul (The only writher who claims to be called to preach the Gospell to the heathens) is saying that we should not do exactly what this writer is doing. And wasnt the New testament "born" 300 after christ and put together by some Roman guys? When paul says that every scripture is inspired by god, he is talking about the Jewish prophets, right? From now on, all im reading is the Old Testament plus what Paul wrote. Now i feel like a judge but Paul is the only one who claims to be called in his letters. Not by men but by God.. or something like that. (i dont read the King James or an English bible) Also do NOT be many teachers amongst you! |

11 | Mat 5:27-28. Adultery. | Prov 5:1 | KumKum | 178150
Mat 5:27 "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' Mat 5:28 But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. I have a question for these two verses. Is it possible that Jesus is saying that you shouldnt even look at your own wife lustfully? Becouse he just says a "woman". Cant that mean any woman? Im not married but i have a "friend" and if i cant look at her lustfully, im afraid i can never be in a relationship, ever. |

12 | Christ centered faith ? | Bible general Archive 3 | KumKum | 177556
I want to get other peoples opinion. I hear that your faith should be centered in Christ. And that we should worship God in spirit and in truth. I sometimes catch myself not thinking about the man 2000 years ago for some time. I have a somewhat hard time seeing him as God, though i belive he was sent from God. Im rather thanking God in heaven to be willing to change me but then Im rarely picturing Jesus on the cross. But he is still the reason i found God. Is that "right" ? |

13 | To compete. | Rom 12:3 | KumKum | 177286
Does anyone have an opinion on what God thinks about being competitive ? I used to play alot of competitive video games and it used to lead towards anger towards my oponent but i really enjoyed develloping my skill and becoming better and better, but not for good reasons. So my question really is. Is it possible for it to be "good" to compete against another person? |

14 | The devil questions. | Bible general Archive 3 | KumKum | 170850
Why was the devil allowed to mess with eve befor she even committed her first sin ? Why did god place him here with us in the first place ? And didnt Jesus come to destroy the works of the devil who was placed here by himself when neither Adam nor Eve had committed a sin ? Was it gods plan for men to fall into sin and save selected people at the end ? It must be his will becouse if not, why in the world is he here bothering us ? Jesus even sees the people as a harvest and says that the kingdom of heaven is like a fruit grower or something. He also said something about a seed that needs to die and when it does it becomes bigger or greater then all the other trees. Sorry if i insulted anyone but these are just questions that come up. Does the Bible say who the devil is, when he came to earth and why ? (english not primary) thanks. |

15 | God and Man at the same time! (?) | 1 Tim 2:5 | KumKum | 165978
A preacher said that Jesus was (and is?) eternal god and that many people disagree with him. And that if he isnt, we are of all men most misrerable. And the reason he gives is that in order for Jesus to be able to give us eternal life, he has to have eternal life inherit in himself. Now this confuses me a bit becouse to whom did Jesus pray ? To the father in heaven (maybe becouse he was also a man ? and was giving an example?). I probably listen to this preachers series of sermons more than i read the bible and this thing got me thinking alot and i wanted to ask someone who has an opinion on this based on the bible. And i dont think its easy to reach this preacher becouse he doesnt know how to turn on a computer (no email). I guess its just hard to understand that he was (?) a man and god at the same time. If you want to listen to this specific sermon, you can download it as an .mp3 file. The title is "The Glory of the Cross". I also reccomend "The Victory of the Cross" Here is a link (Scroll a bit down and click media with Lyle Albrecht) http://www.hopevideo.com/Media_Center.htm Number 27 and 28. |

16 | Jesus comitted a suicide ? | Matt 16:21 | KumKum | 165513
Jesus knew he was going to die so its a suicide. Jobe asked god to kill him, the most righteous man in the bible. We ought to hate our lives in this world. I can be saved if i kill myself and smoking isnt a sin. Am i lying ?

18 | Did Eve hope she would be Jesus mother ? | Gen 4:1 | KumKum | 160546
I sometimes listen to preachers preaching from the bible and i have more than once heard them say that ever since Adam and Eve, the People have been waiting for a savior or a messiah. And that Eve was hoping to have that son who was supposed to be that savior. Where in the bible does it say that ? All i can find is that she was happy that she had a son and that it was with the lords help. |

20 | Faith not strong enough ? | Num 15:15 | KumKum | 157152
I know a person who is trying really hard to do whats right. He keeps going back to things that God doesnt like. He has experienced God and felt for the holy spirit, but still commits sin knowing that its a sin, but still really doesnt want to. Its like there isnt enough willpower. In Mat 13:1-9, Jesus is telling a story about how people receive the gospel differently. Might it be that this person is not in the last group ? And there is simply no hope for him ? Also in Mat 7:13-14 he talks about how few people walk the narrow road. This person even trys to talk about Jesus and admit that he belives in him, even though hes ahsamed of it. but always seems to end up doing things that he deep inside doesnt really want to be doing. So my question really is. Can a person know that he just doesnt have what it takes to be a true christian? But still would really want to ? I appologize if this question doesnt belong here, but i think after reading some of the responses here that there is somone who can answer this. |
