Thank you EdB for taking the time to answer. As you state it, they would be the books called the Apocrypha I had in mind, not being sure of the correct terminology to use. Also now I would include the Deuterocanonical books not having known they too exist. I did search, but I believe under "Books of Wisdom". I found some information, but not much. I will try again under the more exact terminology. You wouldn't know of a good short book I can get on this subject? |

Glad to have helped. You can get and read an apocrypha. Very interesting reading. Great teaching on worship. Also using the search box on the right type in apocrypha. I just did this and got enough reading for an evening. |

Hi, Ed... Which Apocryphal book contains the good information about worship? I rather enjoy the ones that tell tales of Daniel as though he were an ancient Sherlock Holmes. Bel and the Dragon is particularly a good story. In Him, Doc |

Doc sorry it took so long to get back to you but the alligators were out in full force. I like the Song of the Three Children and the Prayer of Manasses. But praise and Worship of God is spread throughout out the Apocrypha as it is in the Deuterocannical canon and some Apocryphas which includes the wonderful Prayer of Azariah. In my opinion both canons should be mandatory reading of every Christian. But only after they have read through the Bible multiple times |
