What does "upper room" mean? I often see this expression in some materials. Does it mean Mark's upper room where Jesus and his disciples get together to have the last dinner? | ||||||

Yes the term upper room is used in Mark and Luke in reference to room they were in when they shared what is known as The Last Supper. Some think it was this room seen afterwards in the Book of John where the resurrected Jesus appeared to the disciples. Although it was not called such. However the term Upper Room is used the book of Acts where the disciple were when they first experienced the Holy Spirit. |
