Dear Frog, First of all, if you are going to lead a Bible Study, you will want to dispose of depending on feeling. God has given us text. We interpret text. Feelings are of little value, and often entirely misleading. Ask people what they think, and ask them how they arrived at that conclusion. Your Bible Study members will benefit the most from that sort of instruction. In Him, Doc |

Thank you for your advice! I understand what you are saying and yes I am new to this...this is my first time leading anything. What I was trying to ask was the back ground on what was leading Paul to write this. I know Paul was in prison. When I ask the question before I guess I was asking it wrong. Thank you for correcting me. I have been doing a lot of praying about leading this Bible Study Sunday and I am so nervous and scare about it, but I know the Lord is telling me to start facing my fears....so I will grow more in him. Thank You Again! |
