Dear Beja, You're talking to a Torah-observant follower of Messiah! Of course I quote James 2:14-24 and Rev. 19:8 quite often. Even adding love to the equation is hollow if there are no works to show that faith and love. I don't intend to be naked in the world to come! Unfortunately, I do believe that there are many christians who do believe that because we are under grace we don't need to worry about sin - that somehow we are immune to it or the Holy Spirit just won't let us do the deed, but that is foolishness. I think Peter was warning against such folly. Shalom |
