Hi, Lissamz... That would depend on the context of the word light. Biblical usage of the word is similar to our own. In English we use the word in a variety of ways. Sometimes it means that which illuminates and permits physical vision; sometimes it means that which dissipates ignorance; sometimes it means that which guides; sometimes it means that which reveals what is hidden; sometimes it means that which exposes; sometimes it means that which holy; etc. Perhaps if you ask this question regarding a specific passage of Scripture we might be able to be more explicit. The Scripture is John 8:12...It says "Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life." What is the "Light of life" in this passage? Is it Jesus Himself? | ||||||
