hhmmmm.... i'm confused. i thought god's word is GOD's word irrespective of whether one is christian or not? are we proposing that GOD is accepting of different interpertations and accordingly different applications of his word due to no other reason than what one considers himself? if the interpertation is permitted to be different, than it stands to reason the application would be also. are we suggesting god abides different applications of how he said something should be done? thanks

Hi hic, Please don't hear what I didn't say! I'm not at all implying that the interpretation of God's Word differs, regardless of whether one is a Christian or not. The Word has only one correct interpretation though many applications. What I'm saying is that one's affiliation, i.e. Mormon, etc. will drive their interpretation of it. That does not make it correct. I hope that clears up things a bit. Speaking the Truth in Love, BradK |

thank you for your response and please accept my apologies for misunderstanding. would it be possible to provide a scriptural example of a correct interpertation which may have numerous applications?
