Dear Lonely, Your focus should always stay on the Lord. Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding, acknowledge him and he will direct your path. Psalms 28:7 The Lord is your strength. Colossians 3:2 Set your mind on the things aove. Your son will have to carry his own cross. You need to know that the promises of God are true. God is not a God that he should lie nor the son of man that he should repent. If he said it will he not do it? Your focus should not be your son. You need to have peace knowing that all things work our good for those who love the Lord. The word of God also tells us to Love one another. Your Pastor might be very busy. Pray for him. When you serve in any area let your servanthood be as unto the Lord. Your reward will come from above. Pray without ceasing for your son and your Pastor. You will be blessed because of your obedience to God. Read Malachi for Financial Increase. Be Blessed |

Mae64, God's blessings! I have learned that I can't do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Meaning if I go beyond the leading of the Holy Spirit and get caught up in things that I shouldn't be doing, well I suffer the consequences. But, while I'm "in" a situation doing the will of The Father, I can do all things and Christ will be my strength. Romans 8:28 says all things happen together for the good, to them who love God and are called according to His purpose. When my sister was dying in the hospital I saw no good in that. But "in" that situation God healed her, our family came back together, because we allowed God to have control of the situation and our lives. I said all that, because beyond what you can see,(for we walk by faith, not by sight), God will do the impossible, He knows the desires of your heart. The devil may have cornered your son, but he's is a place where he can cry out to God, and as I have said before, let every man be a liar, but let God be true, God will respond. Yes, I'm in agreement and praying for you and your family, as many others are. God bless you my friend. |
