Hi, Matilda... Behavior arises out of doctrine. Or perhaps a better way of saying it is that behavior reflects what we believe. The Nicholaitans were antinomian. Their behavior then reflected their belief that the law was not binding to them. Consequently, they did whatever they felt like doing.
