1 | Does Rev 22:19 teach loss of salvation? | Rev 22:19 | heisthe1 | 41156 | ||
I was refering to those who add or take away from the book of Revelation. Can someone lose their salvation?............Well that's another subject. I thank you for the information that you provided and I pray that God will bring closure to the issues that you mentioned. Let me close with this scripture, John 5:24 "I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes Him who sent me has eternal life and WILL NOT be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. God Blessings and Revelation Knowledge |

I believe that those who have received the Truth... that have been truly saved... that really professed it with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and BELIEVED it beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jesus is Lord that they are saved... Then I strongly believed that at this time the holy spirit comes in to your heart. I also believe to take it a step further that you need to be baptized in the Holy Spirit so that you can begin to receive the fullness of the truth of the gospel and operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. 5For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit." To me here in this scripture God asks us not to go out and preach without the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I believe that this is so that we are in direct communication with God as we Preach, teach and testify. I believe that there are many people out there operating in their own knowledge rather than the in the Spirit of God.. So therefore to answer your question, if YOU REALLY have the living God in you, you will not add to the book of God nor will you take away from it. For those that have come before and added to the Holy Book are teaching a false doctrine and those have taken away from the gospel again are teaching a false doctrine. God Warns us about false teachers and profits in the end times... Take a look around what do you see. Therefore I believe that those who add or take away from the gospel have not been saved.... There are many religions out there that say they are based on the bible BUT work out of someone else's translation of the bible. |
