1 | Temple and No Temple? | Rev 21:22 | EdB | 62273 | ||
Mommapbs This is getting philosophical now. May I suggest our relationship with God is changing. God in the garden was the Creator but also seemed to have a fatherly aspect. God after the fall was a God to worshipped and obeyed, but is high and lifted up. God in the New Heaven and New Earth is God the Father again. Your right we see in Isaiah 6 God the majestic in the Temple of God where smoke and thunder filled the room. Angels cried holy holy holy. (I like that part). In Revelation 21-22 we see God among the people. There is still worship of Him but instead of being in a temple God is among the people receiving the Glory, honor and love due Him. EdB |

Greeting EdB! More than Eden restored is what God has promised. What a day that will be when we will enjoy the intimate communion with our Lord - it is what He desires! May this also be the longing of our hearts (Psalm 63). Blessings, Mommapbs |
