Better late than never: Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." According to Strong's Concordance, "believes" translates from the Greek "pisteuo." "Rejects" translates from the Greek "apeitho" meaning "to refuse belief and obedience." The two words derive from separate root words. Thus, my point is that belief without obedience won't cut it with the "Reader of Hearts." I'm sure you already know and believe this, so I was surprised at the need for clarification. |

Even I can be senile at times.Of course I do believe that.I might qualify it with this statement. WE wont or cant obey something that we beleive in. The two go hand in hand.We cant have one without the other. Thanx lionheart |
