I am not familiar with the Bible verse that says "God created Lucifer as His second in command." Could you tell us the Bible BOOK, CHAPTER and VERSE where this is found?

I'm sorry I thought I'd posted my answer earlier, I guess it didn't post. My comment of second in command was a figure of speech. God created the 3 archangels of which Lucifer was one. So figuratively speaking, Lucifer was one of his "right-hand angels". Some say that Ezekiel 28 points to the authority that Lucifer had as the anointed cherub, etc, but I was speaking figuratively.
