Thorwald, I will try to follow your points. a.) Who says that King James was anointed? You might be surprised to find out that the translators of the King James Bible actually said that it is good to use multiple translations to get the sense of scripture. Second, all the arguements that are used against the modern translations were the same arguements used against the King James translation when it was translated. The Christian's of the time argued that the perfect translation already existed, the Latin Vulgate. b.) They said they would throw them out of the synagogue, not the church. You are majorly missinterpreting that scripture. Second, if you read Deuteronomy 13, you will see that God also allows false prophets who have false visions to test the people. 1 John 4 says that we are to test such confessions against scripture. That sir is why you have been thrown out of a Church. c.) If you read the 1 Corinthians chapter 7, you will see that scripture actually says the exact opposite of what you are saying. d.) Sir your visions are to be tested by scripture, and when your visions disagree that means you are a false prophet. Your visions do not trump scripture but rather are to be corrected by scripture. Hi Beja. a) It appears to me, that there are 3 that are anointed in the O/T...kings, priests and prophets. The Israelites are also anointed, 'above all other mankind'. Do you actually believe, that God wants 'multiple translations' of His Word? I will be judged against His Word (as you will be also). How can I be judged, if I cannot properly understand His Word? b) I guess that I have been attending Protestant synagogues?????? Numbers 12:6 is explicit. This scripture is used to differentiate between a true prophet, and a false one. If satan can 'duplicate' what is written in Numbers 12:6, then Numbers 12:6 is useless. The dream that followed the vision, was in riddles. It took six and a half years of research, communication with many ministers of many 'one-god' faiths, and constant deep prayer, before the undertanding of the riddles was revealed. c) Scripture is given unto us, in order to guide our thoughts/lives/works, etc. When we commit certain acts that lead to a 'reprobate mind', we are beyond salvation. We are also given the knowledge, that once saved and then we return to sin, that the chance of further salvation is pretty slim, as we are in fact, 'crucifying' Christ again. We also have to remember, that God has ways to keep the godly, godly, until the end, and visa versa for the ungodly. d) Test my vision against scripture, but,....test your belief against scripture, also. It is written, that NO MAN HAS SEEN 'GOD' or 'THE FATHER' AT ANY TIME. This refers to God The Father. The figure sitting on the throne in Rev chpt 4, was seen by John. Even Isaiah only saw the Lord of Hosts (The Son). It is written, that man has seen Christ sitting on the right hand of God. In order for this to be true, man would have to have seen God. Using Isaiah 44:6, this can only refer to the Lord of Hosts. If you note, Rev chpt 4 expressly states, that He who is sitting on the throne, is our creator. We know by further N/T scripture, that THE SON created everything. John chpt 1 (He was in the world, and the world was made by Him), also states this. The Son is The Word, and part of The Godhead. |

When you make a follow up reply, you just need to mark your post as "note" so that it won't occupy the primary question section thus leaving more space for new questions. Thank you. Azure |
