James 3:1 says, "Let not many of you become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we will incur a stricter judgment." James 3:2 says, "For we all stumble in many ways. If anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body as well". It is actually saying the opposite. He is saying that we aren't perfect and that those who teach will be under stricter judgement if they sin, but we all sin. Fortunately, Jesus took all of our sins upon himself so that we wouldn't have to pay the price of eternal damnation. | ||||||
