In v 1 we have 'fellow worker' and here 'fellow soldier.' Comments on these terms appreciated. How are they used elsewhere? |

This is when your handy dandy concordance comes into play. You can look up both of those words and see how often and where they are used. 'fellow soldier' (Strongs #4961) is used twice-once in the verse you mention and once in Php 2:25 'fellow worker'(Strongs #4904) is used 6 times (fellow workers-6 times and workers-1) Rom 16:9, 16:21; 2Co 8:23; Php 2:25; 1Th 3:2 (plus the verse you mentioned) Brad |
