1 | "abuse...insults...slander...suspicions" | 1 Tim 6:4 | Mommapbs | 46982
Greetings Kalos! In my last post to you, this is the reference to "cutting and pasting" I mentioned. I don't understand your objective here. My suggestion that the Father of Lies is roaring around is just that he is obviously doing a jig when we, the Beloved, ruminate on such things! Truly I understand how frustrating it is to receive words that are UNfittly spoken (or typed!)yet, we who belong to the Lord can trust Him to meet out discipline when and where it is needed! However, these statements you have provided are certainly inflammatory, and not what the Lord or the Lockman Foundation would approve of; so again, if you believe that abuse is ocurring here, report it! I have always received a reply for any concern I have raised! I'm praying that God will hold you close to His heart - He loves you and so do I! Blessings in Jesus' Sweet Name, Mommapbs |

kalos I am sorry I tempted you to sin with anger of the flesh toward me. As shown by taking my words out of context. Will you forgive me?
3 | Can YOU tempt someone else to sin? | 1 Tim 6:4 | Mommapbs | 47014
Greeting tomn! Since you "inadvertantly" sent this to me I would like to respond by asking, can YOU really "tempt" someone else to sin? (See James 1:14 and Matthew 4:1-3) Secondly, I have read some of your posts on the Forum and the words you have chosen do not always have a Christ-like attitude attached to them. Why do you attempt to justify yourself and then ask for forgivness? If you are going to challenge the the beliefs of others who support themselves with God's Word, please remember to correctly use God's Word in the process. In Christ's Love, Mommapbs |

4 | Can YOU tempt someone else to sin? | 1 Tim 6:4 | tomn | 47091
Mommapbs,do you think that the ref's you gave teach it is only the devil or our desires that tempt us and not what we do to each other? If so I don't agree, because of the ref's shown in #47064 by Searcher56. Do you think by my idea of tempting I am trying to justify myself? If so why would I ask forgiveness for offering that temptation? What makes more sense is that your pride rebels at that Christ-like attitude and is trying to use my sin to resist doing the same. I agree with you on correctly using the Word. However, before we post telling others to do it,we need to pray God will show us how correct we ourselves are using it. |
