John Wesley's Explanatory Notes in E-sword had this to say on Num 1:14 ("from Gad, Eliasaph the son of Deuel") Deuel is called Reuel in Num_2:14, the Hebrew letters Daleth and Resh being often changed. Other than this, I do not know. retxar |
