1 | How is your spirit shown? | Gal 6:18 | Ray | 62021 | ||
Paul says that he bears the brand-marks of Jesus "ON MY BODY". 2 Corinthians 4:9,10 says, "persecuted, but not forsaken, struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying about IN THE BODY the dying of Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested IN OUR BODY." I would be interested in hearing some reflections on this comparison of contrast and hearing some other verses that come to your minds. From the heart, Ray |

Hi Ray,nice to meet you. In response to your request for reflections on 2 Cor. 4:9-10, my first thought goes to the book of Acts chapts. 22-26, Paul's testamony. he discribes many of the things he suffered at the hands of his Brethren, fellow Jews. Actually while reading chapter 26 I fell to my knees and acepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior so there is much to be said for personal testamony. It's Not so much what Jesus has saved us from ( our sinful past)but is more what He is bringing us through at this time,our "curant" testamony.(molding us into His immage.) GOD, "the same yesterday "today" and forever.Psalm 145:14 The Lord upholds all that fall, and raises up all those that be bowed down. May GOD be with you "TODAY" Ray. |
