The StudyBibleForum itself gives this commentary.. "3134 marana tha; transliterated Ara. phrase; (our) Lord, come!:--Maranatha(1)." "In the next breath Paul desires the coming of our Lord with an Aramaic expression, 'marana tha' meaning “Lord, come.” (The Nelson NKJV Study Bible) Yes, this word is also seen in Rev. 22:20, where it is translated as "Come, Lord Jesus." in the NASB.
