2 | by faith vs. through faith? | Rom 3:30 | RElderCascade | 1760
Maybe I can help a little. But first of all I am not sure I see a distinction of significance in Rom 3:30. But there is a significance in Eph 2:8-9. If we ponder the idea of "through" as opposed to "by" we see an explanation versus a condition. Through faith explains a transition (from no faith to having it) rather than a condition or a work such as the word "by" would indicate.
