2 | What is God's Image? | Rom 1:20 | Barach | 181298 | ||
Well, first of all God is a spirit and mankind is flesh, so God's image is not to be taken in a physical sense. Romans 1:20 shows that all of God's creation "reflects" His qualities. Mankind can reflect His qualities and they are encouraged to so so in Ephesians 5:1 "Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children", just as Jesus reflected them (only perfectly)... see John 14:9. |
