You are setting an example that does not lend credance to your words. Indeed, the apercu you are leaving with us is rather repugnant. Remember, you agreed to a set of behaviorial norms when becoming a member of the forum. (See also Matthew 5:22; Romans 15:7; Ephesians 4:32; etc.) | ||||||

Since you are not rightly handling the Word, it is not truth. Yet you will not deliberate patiently or graciously over the Word, instead you simply rail and cry in a childish manner (how old are you, anyway?). This is not of God, son. Quite the contrary. The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise. (Proverbs 12:15) The words of a wise man's mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself. (Ecclesiastes 10:12) That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it! Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! (Isaiah 5:19-21) But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. (James 3:14-18) |
