It's been twenty years since I did any Greek translation in college but I can't remember any reason to imply the object but the subjects gender and number is implied. Based on a previous part of the verse I might say: they were not confessing [belief in Him] I know it has been to long since I didn't think about looking for the root word under omicron instead of omega. |
