1 | "Bond servant?" | Luke 2:29 | Mommapbs | 48142 | ||
Thanks Steve! What a great definition! Just wondering if we "understand OUR place" in Christ . . . As a bond-servant "having their master's will replace their own!" Oh, I like that description. And what a privilege it is! But then again I am reminded how far short I so often fall! 1 John 1:9 - Thank you Lord! Blessings, Mommapbs |

Scripture ... Lev 25:39-40 ... Greetings Mommapbs, There is a difference between a bond servant and a slave, tho some say a bond servant is a (type of) slave. One is a bond servant by choice, more or less. He sells himself to another. A slave is usually a result of war, and is captured. There is a difference in how they were treated. More later, Searcher |
