Greetings Jawz! There are two possible answers to why Jesus entrusted Mary to John rather than His brothers. 1) They didn't believe in Him - John 7:5. 2) They weren't there! Though they are mentioned in Acts 1:14 as being in prayer with the disciples. Besides, it's not like Jesus ever broke tradition or anything! :-) Your Brother in Christ, Tim Moran |

The only traditions that Jesus broke were the false ones created by the Pharasees. God makes it very clear that the family is extremely important. If you believe that Jesus broke this tradition you really need to explain why. | ||||||

Greetings Jawz! I was just trying to be funny! :-) But, I think my point is valid. Just because something was a tradition, doesn't necessarily mean that Jesus was bound by it.
