Jesus in Mark 16:15 instructed us to preach the gospel to every creature of the whole human race. He however did not specify their religious orientation. So when a mormon or a Jehovah's Witness come to your door step, it is an opportunity for you to share the gospel with them. A Christian is born after the Life giving Spirit (1 Corinthians 15:45, Romans 8:9) and is the light of this world (Matthew 5:14). As Jesus was sent, He has sent you (John 20:21). A Christian is not a judge yet, but a minister of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). In the Bible (Romans 8:19) we are told that the whole creation is eagerly awaits the manifestations of the sons of God. We are the sons of God (John 1:12, Romans 8:14) and we are on a mission. Get your Bible ready to minister to those mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses. Arise, shine! King T! |

We are not to receive or entertain them as religious teachers, but where you receive/welcome them into your house receive them just like any lost soul that seeks to know the truth. However, where they fail to accept your teaching separate ways and continue to pray for them. Following Paul's teaching on sacrifices to idols 1 Corinthians 8:4-13 even reading from verse 1, if receiving the mormons make you uncomfortable, don't receive them. Stay blessed, King T! |
