I don't understand..it was my first marriage and his second marriage. His first divorce was not biblical so does that make his marriage to me unbiblical? Thanks for your response. |

God's day to you, DSM, Mark 10:11 says he committed adultery against you "And He said to them, 'Whoever divorces his wife (his first marriage) and marries (his second marriage) another woman (you - your first marriage) commits adultery against her;'" In Mark, there is no exception clause like elsewhere (Mat 19, 1Co 7). However, I don't think getting a divorce is right. Forgiveness is the key. I have a post on this - 103837 Searcher |
