Hi Decole, Welcome to the forum! Usually, water is a representation of the Holy Spirit, but in this case though it looks like it still represents the Spirit, looking in the previous verse 9 "It will come about that every living creature which swarms in every place where the river goes, will live." we see life for all the creatures, this would seem to represent life in Christ, and here the river of water may also represent the world. The spreading of the nets looks like it's a prophecy of the Apostles becoming fishers of men. Thats one deep river! :-) John |
