2 | Explain for 2-7 years Matt. 25:31-46 | Matt 25:31 | crowleypreacher | 18324 | ||
Dear friend Ask your students if they have ever been to a petting zoo? Then ask them which one of the animals was the most gentle. Ask if there was a goat and a sheep? Then ask them which of these two were the most gentle. That will do one thing it will show them the difference in the two animals. Then you can go into the story by taking the whole passage to the illustration. The goats are the unsaved gentiles and the sheep are the saved gentiles which is the people right now because we are not jews ther sheep represent the saved because of their nature the goats represent the unsaved becgaue of their nature and god can not tolerate sin. and the seperation will ultimatelt take place at the judgement. you can't just do good things and expect to make it to heaven. you must accept the free gift of salvation then you become a sheep. I hope this helps you Tom |
