1 | Saved from sin? | Matt 1:21 | New Creature | 104511
Mommapbs Some once explained it to me this way: "We have been saved (past tense) from the penalty of sin, which is called justification. We are being saved, (present tense) from the power of sin, which is called justification. And we yet shall be saved, (future tense) from the presence of sin, which is called glorification." Peace New Creature |

2 | Saved from sin? | Matt 1:21 | Mommapbs | 104512
Thanks New Creature! There is a correction here though - I think you meant to write "we are being saved, (present tense) from the power of sin which is called sanctification"! I'm looking forward to heaven, and the final removal of that old sin nature . . . for now we know in part . . . Blessings, mommapbs PS: Do read Aixen7z4's post to me as well! |

We are being saved, (present tense) from the power of sin, which is called sanctification. And we yet shall be saved, (future tense) from the presence of sin, which is called glorification."
