1 | The desire of God's heart | Matt 10:8 | Johnny3 | 13250
Once I was talking with God about the desire of His heart. I figured that knowing it would be the only way that I would know what to say to each person that I met at the Union Gospel Mission. Do I confront their sin? Do I tell them of the love of God? I didn't know what to say. The following Sunday the pastor went on talking of some subject that I don't remember. But he mentioned this verse: "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give." I noted that the demon pocessed person hadn't done anything worthy of God and was against God. Yet God was concerned to have him healed and set free. It occured to me that the desire of God's heart is to love us.

Yes! How should we interact with others around us? "Freely you have received, freely give." We are commissioned by telling all who come in our path the wondrous story of what God has done for us! We are living testimonials to His love and redemptive grace. --Nolan |

4 | Doubting God's love | Matt 10:8 | Makarios | 13310
No, Johnny, I never doubt that. John 3:16 is enough for me, and He has and continues to bless me beyond measure! So I have more than enough evidence to say that "God loves me"! :)
