jlpangilinan, I have briefly read through this thread so as to do my best to avoid any misunderstanding on my part. The bible says much on the will and character of God,God is not so fickle that anything I say or do will change his will. Now with all that in mind it was never Gods will for anyone to die. 2 Peter 3:9- The Lord is not slow about his promise,as some count slowness, but is patient toward you,not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. We run into problems every time we try to fit the Word of God around our believing instead of fitting our believing around His Word. 2 Peter 1:20,21. 2 Timothy 2:15,3:16,17, are foundational scriptures when it comes to our study and understanding of the scriptures. When we have these firmly imbedded in our hearts, minds, and lives then this a becomes so much clearer and powerfull for all of us. 2 Timothy 1:7 bigtime my brothers and sisters in Christ. In Him, lionheart |
