Mitch1029 While I whole heartedly believe 1Tim 2:12. I do not in the case of a woman song leader believe that this verse or any of the other verses forbidding women to talk in church would apply. Doc Mine has not necessarily been a Complementarianism point of view of this matter. It has more to do with the fact the church in some cases can take things to the extreme becoming more Pharisaic in their approach in adhering to the letter of the law rather than the spirit.Thus my comment about the point of worship.
