James, Welcome to the forum. Your statement appears a little political. Take Amos 9:15 within the context in which it was written and look at the books written by Moses. ( Genesis,Exodus,Numbers, Deuteronomy.) Israel was an actual nation with actual lands and borders established and promised by God. God promised that he would bring them back into the land.
