1 | God to kill Moses | Ex 4:24 | jenbrock | 34632 | ||
Blessings to you! God was about to kill Moses because Moses had not circumsized his son. "Moses could not effectively serve as deliever of GOd's people until he had fulfilled all of the conditions of the Lord's covenant". Circumcision was one of these such conditions. He lived half of his life in Pharoah's palace, believing to be his son, and the other half in the desert with the Midianites. Therefore, he was unaware of these laws. Grace and peace be yours today Your sister, jenny -the quotes are from notes in the Life Application Study Bible. |
