1 | Do u know what this means? Matthew 12:7 | Ex 23:22 | Giam | 46612
Steve, U are so right! But u left out THE few important words like these: We know what the Bible MEANS by what it SAYS to us when we read it in Love as in Love it was written! Not so? What about Matthew 5: 29-30? 29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. 30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.: Do we know what those words of Christ in the Bible MEANS by what He SAYS? Really? See what i mean? Hey, that IS even a good one! Can u even tell what I mean by what I say with further elaboration? smile Can I tell what U mean by waht u say without further elaboration? See waht i mean? For instance, I love correction and love being corrected and so want to be corrected because I lvoe being correct! But the only person who needs correction is the person who is wrong! So i have to love myself as wrong in order to want correction and so admit when i am wrong and so get right ..being already right in Love! So notice how obeying God's Law of Love as to my attitude is the first basic and fundamental right that empowers and enables me to admit my wrong and become right! Right? smile Now do u know anyone, other than yourself of course, smile who loves correction and so loves being corrected? People who hate correction hate being wrong and so hate being corrected and so deny they are wrong and so stay in the state of denial and so remain wrong in the wrong attitude! Right? smile Proverbs 12 1 Whoso LOVETH instruction/CORRECTION loveth knowledge: but he that HATETH REPROOF is brutish. Look waht God said to a person who THOUGHT he knew what God MEANT when he read the written words of the statutes and the Covenant that God SAID in the Bible without reading them with the spirit of Love, Love being the first law, the Supreme Law of Love, for us to obey and so love all words BEFORE we read anything else: Psalm 50 16 But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare My statutes, or that thou shouldest take My covenant in thy mouth? 17 Seeing thou HATEST instruction/CORRECTION, and casteth My words behind thee. 18 When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers. HOW? 19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. 20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son. HOW? IS NOT SLANDER TO SPEAK THE THE TRUTH ABOUT SOMEONE WITH HATE FOR THE ONE SLANDERED? Isn't hatred the spirit of slander? 21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou THOUGHTEST that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will REPROVE thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. 22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver. 23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation ARIGHT will I shew the salvation of God. See what I mean? I am sure if u do not, Steve, u will, like me, ask for further clarification with a see what i mean, giam?! smile Btw, Steve, hanks you for all your Love and all time in Love too! Loving u as known and as unknown, giam |

2 | Do u know what this means? Matthew 12:7 | Ex 23:22 | kalos | 46632
This verse means to me.... Flippancy dealing with Scripture. (Giam: The tone of the following may sound a bit harsh. However, I have no wish to hurt you or to be harsh with you. I merely quote someone else. My desire for you is that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. -- kalos) "Avoid superficial interpretation...avoid superficial interpretation. One of the common problems in interpreting the Bible is this little phrase, "This verse means to me...." so forth and so forth and so forth. Let me tell you something. It doesn't matter what it means to you, the question is what would it mean if you didn't live? What would it mean if you didn't exist? What does it mean period is the issue, not what does it mean to you. "Sometimes you'll hear people get together and supposedly have a Bible study which is little more than a pooling of ignorance. People say, "Well, I look at this verse and I feel this verse is saying..." It doesn't matter what you feel. That has nothing to do with it. It's not a matter of how you feel about the verse, it's not a matter of what you think it means to you. Avoid adlibbing in Bible interpretation. Avoid free wheeling in Bible interpretation. Haphazard handling of God's Word. "We all want to acknowledge the priesthood of the believer...yes, we all want to acknowledge that we have anointing from God, the Spirit of God who dwells within us and the Spirit of God who dwells within us is the teacher who teaches us. We all want to acknowledge that. But that is not justification for flippancy dealing with Scripture. That's why in 1 Timothy 5:17 it says, "The elders who work hard in the Scripture are worthy of double honor." It is hard work. Avoid superficial interpretation. Avoid "this means to me." That is not a statement that should preface any interpretation of Scripture. The question is, what does it mean if you don't exist? What did it mean before you were born? And what will mean it after you're dead? What does it mean to people who will never meet you? What does it mean period, is the issue." 3 | Do u know what this means? Matthew 12:7 | Ex 23:22 | Giam | 46690
Kalos! Thanks for your interest in helping me! First of all, I love harsh people because i love myself as harsh! That Love for me as harsh means that whenenver i am harsh I am harsh in love! The love smoothes the edges of my harshness! And so when u think i am harsh, even when I am not, I wd in Love accept your appraisal because i understand that I cd look so! So if the sound in your your tone was harsh, it is being taken in Love by me! Now if the tone wa harsh to u, the only problem wd be if u hated being harsh! For then the tone of any words that may sound harsh to u wd be harsh in hate instead of harsh in Love! See? Now: I normally in Love do NOT write: Thsi verse means to me! I normally write in Love what it means! But I did that because I in Love did not want to come over as authoritative or setting myself up as if my meaning was the only meaning! See? But if u want me to speak with authority, let me accommodtae u in love! This verse means: Flippancy is dealing with Scripture in hate of all the other meanings except the one u think it means! (Kalos: The tone of the following may sound a bit harsh but it is all in Love like how God is forward or rude in Love with those who are rude in Hate of being rude and so end up in hate whenever they are rude! Psalms 18:25-26. I have no wish to hurt you with hate or to be harsh with you in hate. But if I hurt, I hurt with love: for Love has in itself and so wd supply the healing for any hurt! I merely quote someone else in Love. My desire for you is that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul of Love prospers. giam) t b continued: Grace in Love to you, Kalos, giam |
