1 | Through one gate and out another? | Ezek 46:9 | Mommapbs | 94976
Comparing this verse with the preceding, "When the prince enters, he shall go in by way of the porch of the gate and go out by the same way.", why does the "prince" go in and out by the same gate but the people do not?
2 | Through one gate and out another? | Ezek 46:9 | Makarios | 95070
Greetings Mommapbs, In Ezekiel 46:9, the prince should be present to establish the order of worship, so he alone is able to enter and exit in any way that he wishes. I believe that these are 'crowd control measures': he who enters by way of the north gate ... shall go out by way of the south gate ... No one shall return by way of the gate by which he entered but shall go straight out. Blessings to you, Makarios |
