1 | Ephriam synonymous w/ Gentile believers? | Ezek 37:19 | Listener | 43221
Ephriam synonymous with Gentile believers? I saw a teaching from a messianic couple which stated that this verse and others were describing gentile and Jewish believers. That the true church was comprised largely of a scattered remnant of the ten lost tribes, and that the Lord would make us one. Any direct contradictions with scriptures? Alternate explanations?
2 | Ephriam synonymous w/ Gentile believers? | Ezek 37:19 | Scribe | 43232
No. Ephraim is the inheritor of His Father Joseph. Remember the story, Manaseh was the oldest but Ephraim inherited the promises. This is speaking of the promise of the Jews being saved. Now we are waiting for that day. When they turn to Jesus Christ as the messaih on a national level, then the Lord will come to Mount Zion.
