1 | His holy and great name. | Ezek 36:23 | Ray | 153013 | ||
This is a question for a Hebrew scholar perhaps. Which translation do you prefer for Ezekiel 36:23? NASB, "I will vindicate the holiness of My name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord," declares the Lord God, "when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight." NKJ, "And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord," says the Lord God, "when I am hollowed in you before their eyes." "When I prove Myself holy among you in their sight." OR "When I am hollowed in you before their eyes." From the heart, Ray |
