Searcher: I understood this thread to be about God's sovereignty? If that is so and you say "Scripture ... Job 1-2 ... God let Satan do things, yet was in control. The same with man." ---doesn't this indicate that God allows man to walk in total depravity, for that is his will? (if I were to use your illustration that is). Since you think Satan was free to do as he willed, why didn't he get saved? Does the Bible say anywhere that salvation was provided for fallen angels? Am I understanding you correctly or where you attempting to say something else? Maybe I am missing your point entirely? John P |
