1 | I also gave statutes that were not good | Ezek 20:25 | Mommapbs | 68716 | ||
Greetings Emmaus! Boy that is some concept isn't it! Let's consider Romans 1:28 "And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper," Does this go along with what Ezekiel is saying? Could Israel's rejection of God blurred their vision of how to live according to God's original ordinances? Sounds to me like God intentionally blinded them so that they would pervert His ordinances according to their rebellion.What do you think? Perhaps this also fits with the assertion by Paul, "for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation." Romans 4:15. Blessings in Him, mommpabs |

Mommapbs, Why do you say sorry? I quess you mean you can't remember who originally raised a question about the verse. Nothing to be sorry about. I am happy anyone else noticed and followed up at all on my post. It was not a wasted effort on my part. I found the subject very interesting myself. Emmaus |
