1 | Ecclesiastes 11:5 and John 3:6 | Eccl 11:5 | Ray | 143483
I was discovering again the Scripture reference at this verse for John 3:6-8. Any thoughts on how wonderfully the old and new are tied together? From the heart, Ray |

3 | Ecclesiastes 11:5 and John 3:6 | Eccl 11:5 | Ray | 143554
Hi Tony2, I had in mind how the New Testament writers quoted the Old Testament and sought to tie them together and teach through them as a whole. I thought that the one phrase in Ecclesiastes about the path of the wind and the verse in John about the "pneuma" [spirit, wind] were connected. The little things like that cause wonder for me. I pretty much was making a comment at the end of a long day and with not much substance. Welcome to the forum. From the heart, Ray |
