Hi Searcher56, For John 6, I have the Bread of life in pencil or even by now in erasable ink; that is, capitalized Bread of life. For John 6:33 I have chosen the NKJ except that I capitalize Bread, "For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." The NASB reads "For the bread of God is that which..." So in that context of going with "He" rather than "that which" I would choose "It is the Spirit [sic] who gives life." So are you open to capitalizing Bread? From the heart, Ray |
