"Let your fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets. (17) Let them be only your own and not strangers' with you." It is insensible for man to turn from Wisdom to folly; from the Word of God to man-made religions. The "stangers" once again refers to false doctrine, false apostles, and idol worship. All of Chapter 5 in PROVERBS, I believe concerns warnings against the providers of false doctrine. |
