1 | Explain Proverbs Ch. 20, verses 6 and 7 | Prov 20:6 | EdB | 236252 | ||
Proverbs 20:6-7 (NASB) 6 Many a man proclaims his own loyalty, But who can find a trustworthy man? 7 A righteous man who walks in his integrity— How blessed are his sons after him. Not a lot to explain. verse 6 says many men will claim loyality but most are out for themselves. Verse 7 is saying that man of integrity is a fantastic teacher for his sons. Also something many of us forget the consequences of our decisions effect more than just us. So a father that walks in integrity is leaving good consequences instead of negative or bad consequences behind for his sons. |
