Yes ... the same thought is in Jer. 18:20. David wrote they "reward me evil for good" (Psa 35:12, 38:20, 109:5) Read it as "If you return evil for good, evil will not depart from your house." "Overcome evil with good," Rom. 12:21. Do not mix the two up (Isa. 5:20). Read Pro. 14:19 to see the evil bow down before the good. But, we have to wait, on God. |
